My novella From the Caves won the silver award in the 2021 Foreword INDIES Book of the Year Awards. The awards recognize the best books published in 2021 from small, independent, and university presses, including university-based publishers. On Sunday, May 22nd, I will join Filament Reading Series, which is based in Portland State University’s MFA in creative writing program, for Open Studios. Open Studios is an opportunity for writers to discuss their current works-in-progress and writing practices.
